Everyone is different. This is why we'll take your individual requirements into consideration and create a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. We're to give you helpful advice and guide you to  achieve exactly what you want.

Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. Our training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for!

 

 

In order to best suit your training needs, we offer three month, six month, and 12 month systems.  We've found this method to be optimal in creating the best physical results possible, as well as  cost effective.

One-to-One Training (3, 6, 12 Month Systems)

The classic training program, where we're basically "training partners". On many occassions, we'll actually train together!  In this type of training situation, we don't see ourselves as Drill Sergeant but as motivation partners who support you in your goals. We'll run, lift, and stretch together! That’s how easy it is. We want to achieve your goals together, and that is enough motivation for us to work just as hard as you do!

Double Trouble, Three's Company (Small Groups) and Boot Camp Training (3, 6, 12 Month Systems)

You don’t do anything without your BFF? No problem. We'll train and motivate the both of you together! Our experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible (with friendly competition).  This can be done through our Small Group Training Programs, or with our Boot Camps! 

 

Our Small Groups have consisted of the likes of:

Our Boot Camps are larger in size, but still possess a high level of attentivness by our experienced coaches!  Our camps can become challenging, yet they're considered more fun by its participants as they get into better shape!  Bodyweight exercises are coupled with varied forms of equipment, and the imaginations of coaches that always keep it interesting!  All in the pursuit of making boot campers more lean, fit & energetic!

A close-knit family is a guarantee to good results: in the kitchen, on vacation, and also in the gym. Of course, the training for the entire family is based on the minimum skill level of all family members. It is very important to us that no one gets left behind.
