Where does the training take place?
Most of my clients are directly from Brooklyn, and train at the infamous 5th Avenue Gym in Park Slope. My Boot Camps are located in Ft. Greene Park, Brooklyn Tech HS Athletic
Complex, and Boys & Girls HS Athletic Complex. There's also the option of In-Home Training. Just contact me. I am sure we will find a solution!
Are we professional trainers?
Yes. All of the trainers either representing, or affiliated with Fantasy Fitness are fitness professionals. All are CPR, First Aid & AED Certified, possess
Undergrad/Graduate degrees in Health related fields, and/or have nationally respected fitness training certifications.
Why should I spend money on a fitness trainer? I can do it by myself.
Of course, you can train alone. But I believe my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems, health
limitations, and goals. In addition, I am mainly your advisor. I can detect when your posture is not quite right or when you are performing a movement/exercise incorrectly, which can lead to
serious injury. I can recommend the right exercise, or the right training system for you!
How often do I have to or can I train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, we train with clients 2-3 times a week, but there are special cases.
On average, all training packages last for three months, which is an ample amount of time to see good results. The majority of our clients stay longer... I've personally worked with many for over seven years, with huge success & continued progress!
