Hi. My name is Malcolm and I am originally from Brooklyn, New York. I grew up in a very athletic family – my father, grandfather & cousin were all prize fighters, and my father ran track. Even as a young child, I was very active in sports. My childhood and teenage years were shaped by sports, and I was able to achieve some regional success in football.

With my college football career cut short due to injury and "lack of mental preparedness",  I've decided to give back and took an asst. coaching position at Brooklyn Technical High School.  My greatest challenge here was mentally and physically preparing athletes that were known more for academics, and outmatched in size, age, and playing experience.  These teams I've trained have been highly competitive, with over 12 playoff appearances, and a Bowl Championship in 2007.

After obtaining numerous nationally recognized certifications, I've become a Sports Conditioning Specialist and Fitness Trainer (training people for 16 years), and the athletes I've trained have become far more competitive.  Many of them have competed collegiately in football, men's & women's basketball and track & field, with a few competing professionally (NFL, NFL Europe, WNBA).

More importantly, its been the my responsibility to help athletes prepare mentally for sports, which has always proven to increase the likelihood for success!

My free time has been spent playing linebacker on the semi-professional level where I've met success as well.  I've been a Team Captain for the Queens Vikings (UFL-3 seasons) and Kings Bay Knights (Independent, Gridiron Elite- 16 seasons),  having won championships with both teams!  I've finally decided to hang up the cleats after winning a Championship with the Bay Knights in May 2010 at the "old" age of 41.

I now spend my time operating Boot Camps in Brooklyn, training athletes at Xaverian HS (2 quarterfinal & 1 semi-final apperance in my 3 seasons there), and running personal/small group training programs at 5th Avenue Gym in Park Slope...  My "off hours" are shared with my beautiful family, traveling, cooking, and having fun!
